1. Lead the strategic planning of software products, including market analysis, competitive product research, and user demand surveys, to determine the product's positioning and development direction. Conduct market research on overseas products, interpret policy documents from various countries, and provide support for product planning.
2. Design and optimize product functions, draw the product's information architecture, process, and prototypes, expand the company's product ecosystem, deeply understand market needs and user pain points, and ensure the product has an excellent user experience.
3. Manage the full lifecycle of the product, establish product roadmaps and project plans, ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products, actively incubate and validate new product and feature ideas, and ensure rapid implementation and market validation.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, testing, design, sales, marketing, etc.), coordinate resources, and promote the development and marketing of the product.
5. Collect and analyze user feedback and data, formulate product improvement strategies, and continuously enhance product user satisfaction and market competitiveness.
1. At least 5 years of experience in C-end user software product management, with successful product cases.
2. Solid technical background, understanding of software development processes, and related technologies.
3. Priority will be given to those with an overseas work background or experience in designing overseas C-end products.
4. Good English oral and written skills, able to effectively communicate with international teams and clients.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to motivate the team to achieve goals.
6. Possess keen market insight and innovative thinking, able to quickly adapt to the constantly changing market environment.
