1. Responsible for the overall planning of the company's IT infrastructure, evaluating and optimizing the quality of server networks and desktop IT services to enhance the maturity of IT infrastructure services;
2. In charge of the design and implementation of enterprise information systems, researching the construction requirements of information systems (such as M365, internal OA, CRM) in business domains such as production, R&D, procurement, sales, finance, HR, etc., and providing information technology solutions;
3. Integrating various IT systems within the company to establish a unified information platform, managing the internal efficiency product development process, and improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise;
4. Responsible for the investment in enterprise IT hardware and software resources, leading the design, selection, implementation, and maintenance to achieve cost reduction in technology;
5. Accountable for the formulation and implementation of the company's information security strategy, using IT technical means to reduce the risk of enterprise information security;
6. In charge of the daily work of the IT technical department, coordinating timely and effective communication within and outside the department, providing IT technical service support to business and functional departments.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, networking, or information management;
2. Experience: Over 5 years of IT business management experience, independently organized and implemented large-scale enterprise IT projects, familiar with the architecture, operation, and management of large enterprise internal information systems, with work experience in foreign enterprises preferred;
3. Professional Skills: Strong information planning capabilities, able to make rational suggestions to senior management. Keen on digital technologies, able to implement technologies from a business perspective, and provide decisive recommendations for the company's IT technology development;
4. Other Skills: Good documentation, communication, and organizational coordination abilities, English CET4, with priority given to candidates who can use English as a working language.
