Job Responsibilities:

1. Cash Management: Including bank journals, accounts receivable follow-up, employee reimbursements, and the review and disbursement of salaries. Responsible for all financial matters of the Dutch company, as well as auditing and supervision for the German company.

2. Accounting Management: Responsible for reviewing financial statements of European companies, liaising and maintaining relationships with accounting firms, and preparing headquarter format reports as required by the headquarters.

3. Tax Management: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations within each European jurisdiction, including submitting tax returns and managing VAT, corporate income tax, and any other applicable taxes; as well as invoicing.

4. Business Administration: Organizational changes for European subsidiaries, including share transfers, name changes, and work visa applications.

5. Contract Management: Follow up on contract processes for European subsidiaries and manage contract archives as per headquarters' requirements.

6. Fixed Assets Management: Register and manage fixed assets for European subsidiaries according to headquarters' requirements, and assist the administrative department in fixed asset inventory to ensure the security of company assets.

7. Financial Systems: Regularly revise and update financial systems based on European practices and employee feedback, building on existing systems.

8. Financial Supervision: Ensure all financial transactions are processed in accordance with European legal and regulatory requirements.

9. Budget Control: Manage the budgeting process, monitor expenses, and implement measures to ensure the budget for European operations remains under control.

10. Audit and Compliance: Travel regularly to Europe to ensure that subsidiaries comply with headquarters' financial systems; responsible for external audit communications, ensuring all financial processes comply with International Financial Reporting Standards and company policies.

11. Ensure consistency in financial reporting and alignment with the company's overall strategy. Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, accurately and timely prepare and publish all required financial statements.

12. Fully responsible for the local financial work in Hong Kong.

13. Business allocation for other overseas regional subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Preference given to candidates with professional accounting qualifications (such as CPA, ACCA, CMA).

2. Relevant Experience: Experience in a Financial BP or similar role is required, preferably with a background in studying or working in Europe, and experience managing European operations in a multinational environment.

3. Tax and Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of European tax laws and regulatory compliance experience across multiple European countries.

4. Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential; knowledge of Dutch and other European languages is a plus.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting financial data and making informed decisions.

7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to clearly articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

8. Possession of Hong Kong residency.
